Buchanan Lodge sleeps 9 people (2 doubles, 2 twins and 1 single), has 3 modern bathrooms (2 are en-suites) and has a wonderful open-plan living area with state-of-the-art facilities. |

Spacious living room with a large stone open fireplace with French doors to the outdoor living areas on both sides of the house, Sky TV, DVD player and CD stereo. |

Large open-plan kitchen with freestanding range oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and fully equipped with all cutlery, glasses and utensils. The dining room has seating for 8 with a double height ceiling up to the rafters. |

If you are wishing to dine outside to take in the Buchanan Mountain range or Lake Wanaka then the full length veranda with gas BBQ and outdoor furniture is ideal. |

Buchanan Lodge is set on 60 acres, has 3 accessible private beaches (through a gate at the end of the lawn) and its own boat ramp. |

Situated in the heart of the Southern Lakes - For the active spirits, there is skiing, heli-skiing, snow boarding, water skiing, windsurfing, jet boating, mountain biking and much more right on the doorstep. |

Wanaka town is a fast-growing but delightful town, with many bars and restaurants that feature fantastic wines from the many local vineyards. Local amenities include a boutique shopping, golf course, cinema, fitness studiosand day spas. |
